The client purchased an entire floor in an existing building in Torrevieja to create a family restaurant. Our team visited the site, carried out detailed measurements, and developed an accurate 3D model that became the foundation for all design decisions.​

At the final stage, we prepared a complete specification package tailored to the Spanish market. We selected furniture, lighting, equipment, and finishes from local suppliers to streamline procurement, installation, and future maintenance.​

Based on the 3D model, we created an interior concept built around a seamless connection between the dining room and the street using folding façade windows. In the warm Spanish climate, these windows fully open, blurring the boundary between inside and outside and providing additional seating along the façade.​
