Create a multifunctional, comfortable space for support
of children's creative potential.
Design a landmark for the city that sets new trends
and elevates the quality of urban development.
The main objectives of the project were:
The site for the Children's Creative Center is located in the historically significant "Aerodrome" district of the city. This area has been associated with aviation since the early days of global aviation, with flight schools emerging and developing here. This context became the starting point for designing the forms of this project.
Historically, the location embodies the spirit of pioneering — an idea that inspires the creation of architecture reflecting a heroic context: leadership, airplanes, test pilots, the pursuit of dreams, and the achievements that come with maturity.
