PROJECT STEPS
Collection of Initial Data
Before starting work, the client provides us with all available information about the site:
Photos and videos of the plot
Cadastral number
Topographic survey (if available)
Contract Signing and Payment
Our manager prepares a contract for the client's legal entity or individual. After signing, the client makes a prepayment.
Site Visit
Our team (1-2 people, including management) visits the site for two days. Travel expenses are paid separately.
Analysis and Concept Development
Within two weeks after the site visit, we prepare:
Context analysis, market research, and site potential assessment.
Product development – defining the concept and key project characteristics, with client approval.
Master Plan and Financial Model Development
After the concept is approved, we develop a preliminary master plan.
We create a technical specification (TS) for design.
We prepare a preliminary financial plan.
Documentation Delivery
We develop an architectural portfolio with visualizations of all infrastructure elements.
The financial specialist prepares the final project estimate.
Upon completion, the client receives a full set of materials that can be used for working design or direct construction.
