PROJECT BACKGROUND

Nestled in the scenic vineyards of Pinoso, Spain, this project was initiated to create a unique glamping experience that blends luxury hospitality with authentic wine tourism. The concept was developed to enhance the region’s appeal, attract high-end travelers, and provide an immersive stay within a working winery. Our studio was engaged in shaping the architectural vision that would serve both as a compelling investment opportunity and a sustainable addition to the local landscape.
SITE VISITS & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

A key part of our process was engaging with the winery owners, visiting the site to assess its potential, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This hands-on involvement helped us address the logistical and regulatory challenges of integrating glamping units within a working vineyard, ensuring that the final concept met both aesthetic and functional requirements.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Beyond architectural design, we worked extensively on defining the financial framework of the project to ensure its profitability. The concept was fine-tuned through in-depth market analysis, cost evaluations, and an adaptive approach to achieving optimal occupancy rates. Our team collaborated with potential operators and construction contractors to refine the business model, balancing investment attractiveness with long-term operational efficiency.
PRESENTATION & INVESTOR PITCH

With a fully developed architectural and financial strategy, we crafted compelling visual materials and financial models to showcase the project’s viability. The final presentation was delivered to potential investors, highlighting the project's unique market positioning, its role in promoting local winemaking culture, and its strong return on investment potential.
